Directions
From the East, West, and
South: Interstate 10 to the
Avalon Blvd exit in Milton, FL.
Turn north on Avalon Blvd and continue to the second stoplight. (US 90)
Turn left (west) onto US 90. At the fifth stop light, turn right (north) onto
West Spencer Field Rd (there will be a Hardees and Winn Dixie on your
right.) Continue north on West
Spencer to the stop light. Turn right onto Berryhill road. The show hall is
approximately 2 miles on the left. You will pass Berryhill elementary on the
left, Rufus Hayes cutting horses on the right, a Seventh Day Adventist Church on
the left (start slowing down here!) Locklin Tech is on the left after the
church. Turn in, bear right, Russell hall is the second building on the right,
it looks like a log cabin. You can unload in front of the building and then park to the side of the
building or any parking lot.
From the North: Take I-65 to the rte 31 exit in Evergreen, AL. Follow rte 31 south to Brewton, AL. From Brewton, continue south on rte 41. At the Florida state line 41 changes into rte 87. Continue south several miles towards Milton. Bear right onto Hwy 89 (right hand lane will actually go straight onto Hwy 89) Turn right at the (stoplight) intersection with Berryhill Rd. (If you missed the fork where you needed to bear right for 89, no worries as there will still be a stoplight intersection and a right turn onto Berryhill Rd. Continue until you cross 89 and then follow rest of directions.) The show hall will be approximately 3-4 miles on the right. You will pass one stoplight, a medical center on the right, and a dip in the road with a stop light. Coming up the hill from the stoplight is Locklin Tech on your right. Turn in, bear right, Russell hall is the second building on the right, it looks like a log cabin with green metal roof. You can unload in front of the building and then park to the side of the building or any parking lot.

We will be using the card system at this show. For each model, the entrant will
provide a 3”x 5” index card with the following information: class #, model name,
breed and gender on the front. Entrant name goes on the back. If handwritten,
please make sure it’s legible! Models will need a separate card for each class
entered.
Vendors:
Entrants may sell from their table.
Courtesy: Please do not touch a model without the
owner’s specific permission. If you break it, you will be asked to buy it. There
will be no music, smoking, alcoholic beverages, pets, bad sportsmanship or foul
language allowed in the show hall. If a shower has a question for the judge,
please ask her immediately following the class in question, don’t wait until the
end of the show. Do not disturb the judges while judging. Children must be
accompanied by a parent at all times. No running in the show hall. Unruly
children are grounds to ask an entrant to leave
General: There will be 10 minutes between
performance classes and 3 minutes between halter classes. Classes will not be
held past the timer. Classes will
not be held for models in other
classes. This is to prevent the show from running late. Performance will have a
limit of 3 horses per shower per class and 4 horses per shower per halter class.
There are no class limits for CM Glaze Classes! Classes may
be split or combined at the judge's discretion. We expect splits in the OF division and
will be happy to split where needed. Tippy models may be laid flat with the
understanding the judge is allowed to pick up the model to inspect the other
side.
